Released in June of 2005, (lis' n) is the culmination of more than four years of work. The nine songs comprising this CD are as diverse as they are cohesive. Although each song stands strong on its own, they unite as a whole and when listened to from start to finish this CD is clearly a spiritual journey through trans-formation and realization. At the core of the music is Jim's deeply personal and affectionate piano playing; in one listening it becomes apparent that he has lived with this instrument for many years. Equally impressive is the rock solid performance of all the other musicians. Rounding off this collection is truly great songwriting that eloquently articulates soundscapes inside Jim's head.
